(There is no CNC routing forum, so I'm dropping this here... feel free to move to a more appropriate forum)

RFQ:

CNC routing of plywood, specifically 1/2" Apple Ply plywood. 10 sets of 19 parts each. Sets are pre-nested to fit 5 sets per 48" x 96" sheets. Mostly through-cut, some dadoes and blind holes. The whole thing should be able to be done with one 3/16" or 1/4" bit.

Tolerance +/- .010". Apple Ply easily meets that specification on thickness, and should be plenty stable to keep it in length and width.

Please e-mail me for the quote package if this is something you can do.

Please e-mail rather than PM me.

Thanks!

-Jeff

can you provide a drawing or DXF file ? It would greatly help in quoting table time.

Quote had been awarded to a vendor on mfgquote.com. Between the low quantity and high tolerance I didn't get many bids.

Thanks!

Sigh, that vendor bailed on me, so I am again looking for a CNC routing shop.

Thanks!

Hi All!

I just wanted to say that this job was completed by Todd at http://www.innovative-accents.com/.

Todd was able to do the job when he said he would, to the tolerances stated, and for a reasonable price! He did an excellent job with keeping me informed and making suggestions for further improvements in the product.

After I get furter along with the project, I'll post pictures.

Thanks!

-Jeff
