Needs a 32 or better finish, no tooling marks allowed since these will get fully polished. Material is 6061 aluminum. 1" NPT must engage 10threads down on gauge. O-Ring groove is .100 deep +/- .005" Full radius entry on backside of port. Approx. .375 radius. OAL is 2.550" +/- .010"
Quote for 10-15 pieces.

Thanks,
Aaron

Can't see any of the ID dimensions. What is the bore diam and what about that curved transition to the bore, what is the dim on that. now the .03 radius's could they just be a broken corner or are they critical dims?

There just a nice smooth broken edge. This is a automotive part, so I want it to be nice and smooth everywhere. The bore diameter is the same as the drill size for the 1" NPT all the way threw. The curved transition is approx. a .375" radius into the bore for a smooth transition. The sufrace finishes need to be 32fin. or better since they will be fully polished to a mirrior finish once I get them back.
thanks,
aaron

you say that the 1" NPT must engage 10 threads down on gauge are you supplying a special gauge? pipe threads have a standard thread gage that determines the height.

thats fine, the normal 1" NPT gauge will be ok, but my boss might let us do these parts in house. RFQ is closed for now.
