Plastic Bushing 1:

Bushing is being used to fit 1.75" pipe into 2.0" pipe. The pipe will need to fit snugly together, but remain adjustable.

Pipe measurements:

2" - 2" OD 1.87ID
1.75" - 1.75 OD 1.61 ID

Bushing:

2" long

ID 1.80"
ID Ribs 1.75"

OD 1.85
OB Ribs 1.89

Lip:

OD 2.0"
Tall .165" Beveled

The "Ribs" on the Bushing allow the 2 pieces of pipe to fit together and slide easily.

I just bought an injection molding machine, but I have no previous experience with plastic injection (I am a machinist). I have CNC equipment (mills, lathes EDM, surface grinder), perhaps we can do bussiness together.
