Please quote me 10of the 6061-T6 in attachment

All measurement's in attachments are millimeter.

Please apply better than +/- 0.03in or +/- 1mm tolerance's for the O-ring seals.

Max outer diameter is 8in

Max length is 14.3in

I'm not going to quote, but would be interested to know how you guys plan on reaching down into that bore to work the bottom contour. Gigantic ball endmill? Big boring bar on the lathe?

Boring Bar on a Lathe. Somebody probably makes one, but I have a large In-House made bar I have used in this application.
