Thumbs up Pivot Ball

Material: I'd love pricing for 7075 aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium
Material is required (not provided)
Quantity: 100
Time frame: 4 weeks
Tolerance: +- .005"

Pivot ball needs to be fairly smooth. Polishing may be needed.
Thank you.

Tolerances? Any thread relief on the 4-40 threads? Is the .0781 just a slip fit
for a 5/64 allen wrench.

The pivot ball tolerance should be within +/- .005". No thread relief is necessary. Yes, the .0781 is just a slip fit for a 5/64 allen wrench.
