At my shop rate that would be just about 5 seconds a part.
Certainly doable on a screw machine.... |

I'm not saying it can't be done. and i know screw machines kick A$$. but, at that price the job would have to be a very large Quantity.

Maybe too much information but the 11 cent quote was real and it came from
India, thought I made it clear I didn't take that price. Went with a USA company for $1.00, is that better? I have no idea how much parts should cost, I am just a mfg consultant learning the ropes,......Don |

Not too much info, thanks for posting it. We very rarely see feedback. I don't think anyone was criticizing you or saying you were not truthful. It's just disbelief that anyone would want to do that for $27.50. Costs me more than that to send out the invoice. I don't even do this type of work, but it is always interesting to see responses to an RFQ. Thanks, PW |
