Default Lathe only work VERY simple!

Trying to get an idea on some simple threaded studs made. Its 2 threads and thats is. Its M8x1.25x 3/4" long, then steped to 5/16-24x 1" long. On the 5/16-24 side, id like to have a full radius bull nose for easy starting of the nut. Material is 416L Stainless. You will supply material. Quote for 100, 200, and 300 pcs.

USA ONLY! Dont even try to quote if your not in the lower 48!

We manufacture this type of part all the time. If you would send me a print I will get you a cost right a way.

I dont have a print for this. Its just 2 threads and a bull nose/quick start on the 5/16-24 side. Dont need any chamfers or space between the threads.

This is basicly what im talking about.

It dosent need the solid diameter in the middle. The bull nose can come about about .125" or so from the end of the stud. The Diameter (OD) of the bull nose is the same as the root of the thread.
