Default Pulleys

Need quote for 50,100,500 the monthly usage is about 50
currently buying an off the shelf item and reworking them.
Want to get a price machined complete out of 7075 Aluminum.
Sorry about the drawing quality, but all this is just a v-belt pulley.
1.200 x .485 is a counterbore for a nut and the .669 diameter is a thru hole.
The groove in it is so the top of a 10mm wide V- belt sits close to flush by eye to the 2.300 diameter. All tolerances +/- .010 unless noted and dimensions are in inches. FYI in house cost is $9.42 plus 1/2 hour labor for
rework, plus tooling, looking to beat that price for those of you that ask for
a "target price". Bidding closes 9-26-08 or when I get 10 bids.

All I got, it is just a simple Microsoft Word doc, anyone with the Microsoft Office package should be able to open it, pretty popular I thought, sorry.

lets make this simple, maybe you can tell us what the product number for the item that you rework is. Then you can tell us what has to be done to it. So far I see a recess in the back and a through bore. I take it all the work is done in one chucking? I can open the file easily, but need the original part drawing to see what needs to be done.

McMaster-Carr 6204k122
doesn't need a keyway or cross threaded hole, mounts with nut into
counterbore and bottoms on the back. Drawing is not exact to what the
end result was here but will work better. Figure aluminum is easier to machine
and will hold up fine for application.
