Are any tolerances critical?

I have a few design concerns. You spec a 6-32 tapped hole located 0.10" to centerline from the coupler edge. The drill diameter is 0.1495". This leaves less than 0.025 wall thickness. Can the hole be a little closer than 0.50" to the other tapped hole?

The length is 1.24, but the two dimensions for the bore add to 1.25. I'm assuming the length dimension as well as the bore depths are not critical.

The pdf I downloaded says Aluminum.

Our shop could do these parts at $19 a pc for Aulm.$22.50 a pc for steel. that includes shipping and material. we would love the chance to make these parts thank you for the oppertunity
