I have 2 new designed pieces that require laser cutting and bending. The pieces were designed in Solid Edge V20, sheet metal function. IGES files available. Material is .05" carbon steel. The 2 pieces fit into each other. Exploded views are shown.

Drawing files a bit too large, drop me an email. Email can be found on Sheet 1 of each drawing.

I have added all my present pieces to the bid.

I am looking for a single source if possible but if the sheet metal work is one house and the CNC job is another thats OK

I have flattened files (DXF), IGES, STL, STP, etc for all pieces

Please bid on these as follows:

1) Material 5052H32 .05" aluminum, sheet metal components
1 piece each
Quantities of 50 lot sizes thereafter.

2) Stainless Steel, 303 polished for JK_0004
2 piece each
Quantities of 100 lot sizes thereafter.

3) I have deleted previous milling job quote titled CASE
