If you were to use a waterjet, it would be about $3 a piece w/out material cost.

You have to order at least 20 to make it worth your while.

Default Definitely

304 is fine. I'm also updating the PDF to reflect tolerances and show the machining operations that will occur after the piece is blanked out. A few people wanted to know if I was interested in having them finish the part in it's entirety, so that's why the extra features are there. Call or email if you want other formats, 2D or 3D, or have any questions. The roundovers are probably going to be achieved via tumbling.

Thanks,

Burt Miller

Burt,

I am new to this forum, but not to sub-c mfg. Among other services we offer laser cutting. I was wondering if this job is still open I would like to quote it for you.

If you are interested please email me at jdavis@eliteweldingproducts.com
