How are people supposed to get material quotes over a weekend?

    Matt,

It is acceptable to exclude material.

Please ensure that your quote clearly indicates if material is included or not

    Thanks for the interest

Hi, I don't believe you will find any one on this forum that has a machine big enough to handle your parts. We did but had to down size to keep afloat. We have a local shop that can handle that capacity. If you are serious and not kicking tires I can work with them however, 1 off's are not quote jobs any more. It would be shop rate for the actual time + materials.

We have machines large enough to do this, if the RFQ is still open?

    Default RFQ is closed

Thank you for your responses, this has been a pleasant and responsive experience.

The flanges went for ~$2,250/ea to a domestic manufacturer

There was a surprising range in the quotes. ($11,000 to the above stated low).

    Thanks again

    -Pete

    Pete,
Please post on the quality you got for that price and if the final invoice price matches the quote price.
