I need a DB9 soldered to a DB25 per described

I need a male DB9 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DE-9_co...DE-9_connector) soldered to a male DB25 with the attached picture in mind.
using pictures and colors attached:
red, db9: pin 5, db25: ground/shield/exterior
black, db9: pin 1, db25: pin 7
green, db9: pin 3, db25: pin 23
yellow, db9: pin 4, db25: pin 24
shrink tubing (I think its called) so that oil, dust and dirt get to it and it doesn't matter.
