Our machine shop consists of three lathes, four vertical milling machines, two Hurco VMC 3 axis milling machines, and a surface grinder. We are capable of turning 16" over the bed and 19" over the gap. Our CNC lathe is a 16” Dynapath CNC lathe and can handle 3" shaft through its spindle. The Hurco machines have working envelopes of 20 x 16 and 40 x 20 and have 10 and 20 HP spindles respectively. We have two 3 HP Bridgeport machines with 2 axis CNC controllers capable of 0.0005 inch accuracy. Our surface grinder is a 8" x 20" table with automatic feed capability. We utilize Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling and InventorCam for creating machine programs. We are capable of creating complex CAM programs to machine difficult parts to specification as well as contoured part nesting.
