Well I can bid $7.43/ea qty 20 for the 18GM3L. Qty 500 annual is $3.95/ea. I've got 3/4" barfeed max, so the other parts are a little too big for my machine. 20 off is ok, just means I waste a little length, but 500 off would be a bit of a chore... :D

Yeah, I'd be interested - just post a list of what you've got. I've got some shorts and also overrun material too - lots of 6 footers left over from customers changing their minds or me not passing up a good deal. It piles up quick!

Tolerances look good overall, I think you probably want the bore to be: .8659 .8650 rather than .866 +/-.001 for the size bearing you're pressing in - otherwise half of them rattle in the holes. I assume you want this all hardened and ground, right? Not sure I'd be able to make this...
