A bit of advice. You probably should just take them to a local electric motor repair shop, they do that work all the time and are experts at it. Copper is soft and abrasive, someone not familiar working with it could make a mess of your parts.
You need to check your tolerancing, some dimensions have zero tolerance others are ridiculously low. If someone is paying attention unnecessary tight tolerances equal a very high price.
Good for you! I also don't understand why the Chinese are so pushy. Always asking for "cooperation", wanting you to contact them and send them files. Instead of just sending a quote like everyone else does.

It is not a good practice to open quote. Send a private message or e-mail. It guarantees someone will undercut you even if they intended to bid higher. I am not interested in the job for the record.
