I think the reason you're having trouble is the format you have sent the RFQ in. I've tried things that weren't laid out and ended up recutting it 3 times. No offense, but I'm pretty sure a Nasa space station would be dimensioned.

Yes, that tolerance was what I was worried about. I don't think I can hold .0006" on aluminum for 400 parts. Maybe I could on the (2) parts. .006" is much better. Thanks, Doug
