We are located in Pikeville KY. We are housed in an 8,000 sq/ft climate controlled and access controlled facility. We are a full service Fab shop that specializes in providing advanced CAD/CAM design services and automated, precision CNC milling/turning. We harness the latest CAD/CAM software with advanced toolpath methodology. We utilize these tools in concert with hi-tech, state of the art, Haas CNC equipment that is capable of ultra high speeds as fast as 833ipm. This allows us to provide our customers with rapid quoting/manufacturing, cutting their costs, while still maintaining perfect parts with tolerances as low as (+/- 0.0001). We manufacture parts made out of some of the hardest materials on the earth. Materials such as, but not limited to: Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, Titanium, Copper, Brass, Plastics, Acrylics, and many other Alloys and Composites.
