I've got a flat aluminum part, 7"x7 3/4" x 14 ga (0.0787") with some holes (4 tapped, 4 thru), and an odd shaped cutout. I need the part machined (milled, water cut, laser, whatever), then either tapped or if you want to press in some pem's, that's ok too, and then deburred (it's going to be handled by the end user, tumbling would be ok too, don't need a shine or look, just enough so no one cuts themselves. It has some rounded corners on the inside for a mill, but if you have one of those punch machines, they can be changed to be straight. I would want you to supply the material, 5052 or whatever is cheap. I need about 45-50 for the first run and would like to have a "first article" so I can see the finish, but that is negotiable. I can't say how well the repeat business will be, it's a new product for me.
