We are looking for a reliable vendor ASAP to supply us with a periodic shipment of aluminum hubs in batches of 100+ units to start every 3-4 weeks, with a gradual rampup to 250+ pc per week. We will require 5 pieces initially for process validation.
Component is machined from aluminum, smooth finish; contains one critical dimension - bearing surface. Hub contains a reamed 6mm hole on one end with 2 threaded holes for set screws. The other end is threaded. Detailed drawing attached; 3D model can be provided if needed.
