Request For Quote- ABS Sheet Contour 2.5D Milling - Small Production Run

We are looking for a reliable vendor ASAP to supply us with a periodic shipment of plastic parts in batches of 100+ units to start every 3-4 weeks, with a gradual rampup to 250+ pc per week. We will require 5 pieces initially for process validation.

Component is machined from 1/8" textured black ABS sheet similar to the following link:

Drawing, 3D PDF, and 3D STEP file for CNC programming is attached. Dimensions not listed in the drawing shall be per 3D model.

Quotes need to include:

1. Per piece pricing for quantities of 100pc, 250pc, and 500pc.
2. Lead time.
3. List of capabilities in case we can use additional services.
