There seems to be some dimensions missing on print FX0287-02 overall length and width and the overall length on FX0286-02.

$25.00/ea.

This is precisely why machine shops go under. I can't turn on the lights in my shop for $25.00. I guess your time is not worth anything? Sorry for the negativity, but that price is just rediculous. No harm intended here. Just voicing my opinions. Good luck

I was going to comment to that as well. I figured that one of three or a combinations of things result in the "Great" pricing. Perhaps they did not get all of the prints. I did notice that they did not quote a lead time. One could probably get the parts from an Asian supplier for that cost. Lastly, perhaps they have a ton of scrap materials lying around and need to get rid of it.

Maybe the plastic parts could be done for less at higher quantities, however, the SS part has some fine detail that in my opinion requires grinding and or EDM.

The best of luck to all of us. I am glad that the one submitting the RFQ realizes that that price is questionable.

I think $25.00 + shipping is fair. You just need to charge about $1,000.00 to ship parts and it will all work out.
