Can you do the drawing as a jpg?

You can't ream a hole the same size as the bore ,it has to be undersizes by at least 1/64",so bore needs to be drilled/bored to .734375 aprox Is 932 the alloy you require?

How tight of a fit on the bore? To get a really good fit and finish, it will have to be reamed. Do you want both sides faced or just left rough after parting?
