Greetings. I am looking to have 5 sets of rods drilled from .079" (2mm) rod stock.
These parts will be tested for crimping of music wire. Rod stock should be of stainless steel alloy- formable, so it does not rupture. Advice on the proper rod alloy will be appreciated; by default going for...
Hello, please quote
LVDT Mount: 1 each
TBS Block: 10, and 100 each
LVDT mount was designed around a 3" AL L-channel, which I can supply.
TBS blocks need to have specified roughness on two sides, as well as material certification.
Thank you.
I can supply the .079 (2mm) stock 303 stainless from Mcmaster in 1 or 3ft lengths.

Thank you.
Manufacturing of this component is bound to get easier once we receive the first set of custom (holed) extrusions. For now we need six machined prototypes.
Please let me know if this part can be machined, as well as the cost for 6 each in AL 6063-T6 or AL 6061-T6.
3D model is available...
If sheet thickness tolerance can stay within -.005 +.010 then we should be okay, but I know that this varies by supplier. And .071 dimension is from the horizontal / leading edge.
Greetings,
Please quote included drawing with quantities of 40 and 200 each.
Material: AL6061-T6 or other tempered aluminum alloy
Prefer shop supplied material.
I can provide 3D files upon request.
Thank you.

There have been no offers on this part so far. I should clarify that the inscriptions are not necessary, but it would be good to have some sort of identification on the sides. A dot for every mil to identify the gauge would work fine.
Please quote one part of the attached drawing. IGES available upon request.
I can supply material (Mcmaster $30).
Would love to have the part in hand by APR10th.
Thank you.
