RMS 8 Finish

Need to have some discs ground from .25 inch thick to .217 +-.002 . They are 11.3 od X 10.15 id. Material is 2507 duplex. Needs to be a check 8 finish on both sides. Quote for qtys of 10 and 20.

Looking to have qty of 20 of .083 dia. x .625 length shafts made of 303 or 304 stainless polished to a mirror finish, and some plastic rollers with a thin wall made from a black teflon, or other self lubricating plastic that is black. pm me for the solid models. dwg format only.

I need a quote for 2856 pcs. Part is 1" x 2" x 3/8", .06 rad. on all edges, has a tab sticking up on one face. Tolerances are all plus or minus .008 Machining marks need to be removed and a surface finish of at least 26 (so tumble or vibratory bowl). Not a rush order, Delivery 4 weeks...
