Hi, we are looking for quotes for 2 standard parts we use in production. We unfortunately had a machine breakdown and need some parts turned around in a short period of time to get us by. We are happy to extend more RFQ's if we have a successful bidding process and would be happy to work with a new supplier.

Due to the horrible current $CAD/$USD exchange rate, we'd love to work with a Canadian supplier, but will consider quotes from the USA as well.

2 parts:
1. JR3 tilt shaft, 150-300pcs
2. JR3 base shaft, 150-300pcs

We can take the parts at any stage, ie, we can ship these as just plain un-anodized turned parts, or complete with all machining, tumbling and 100% anodized. Feel free to quote either way.

Please note we are in Toronto, Ontario, so packing/shipping is a consideration (we can use our UPS account) but parts need be wrapped/packed really well to avoid damage.

Thanks!

I would be interested in quoting this job. First a few questions, on part 10255D what are the 6 holes on the face of the part, are they just blind holes, reamed, or tapped? On part 10253D what is the diameter tolerance on the .375 x .4 deep flat bottom holes? Per the standard tolerances it looks like +/- .001. There are also a few missing dimensions but aside from the above questions enough information to quote on. We are located near Pittsburgh, PA so there would be issues with the exchange rate and customs, perhaps we can discuss this by email or phone. If you have a target price in mind we can discuss this. Please contact me via phone or email.

Best regards,

Thank you for your considerations, we have awarded the job to a local company due to the yet even higher exchange rate loss as of today.
