Small Job Quote Needed 20 pcs 1/8" square rod bent into form

I have a need for 20 pcs of the attached drawing, It can be made from 1018 square stock. I need the end that extends out chamfered for a lead in. let me know a price and lead time. the corner bend can be changed if needed.

I will not supply material and shipping can be a USPS priority flat rate envelope. USA companies preferred but will consider others if the price is right.
