Acetal Injection Parts

Hello All,

Wondering if anybody here wants to bid on the 3 included parts. Will be acetal (copolymer or homopolymer). Please quote regular and glass-filled.

Need molds made and probable minimum monthly supply of 1000 parts.

Special consideration given to made in USA.

Can provide solid models in any format requested.

Burt,

A few questions to begin with.
1) There are about 48 types of Delrin just on MatWeb alone. Do you have a specific grade in mind? Color?
2) Everything is shown straight as if they were machined. Is draft permissible?
3) One part is called a piston. Would parting lines be permissible on the OD?
4) You have a general tolerance of +/-.001. That is tight for a molded part. Are there specific dimensions that need to be that close and can the others be loosened up?
