Nor sure were to put this. Bit does anyone hone long lengths of aluminum tubing? Looking for 1.5 od 1.375 id 6061.

Hi,
I actually have done a very similar job, with honed aluminum tubing, but it is costly. The tubes we did were high tolerance +-.001" I.D. over a 35" length, and the O.D. was turned to +- .0005" coincidentally the I.D. and O.D. were the same sizes you are specifying. How long are the tubes that you require? What are your tolerances? Is there any other machine work required? I would be happy to give a quote on this.
