The purpose of this letter is to introduce you to our company, Aaa Machining, which has been active in the manufacturing of aircraft parts for over 7 years; however, the ownership has over 25 years of experience in the aircraft industry. We are proud to tell you that we are a small disadvantage business and have been supporting different companies within the past few years.
We specialized in turning work and milling work when it supplements turning jobs such as flat, hex, holes, etc. In addition, open and tight tolerance bushing just to mention a few.
The machines we currently have in our company are the following: Okuma Cadet (turning diameter from .125 up to 7.500), SL-4 Mori Seiki (turning diameter from .250 up to 16.500), Takisawa TS-10 (turning diameter from .125 up to 7.500) and Takisawa Mill Table (X 20.00, Y 15.00, Z 15.00).
The Material we have worked with is the following: Titanium, Inconel/Nickel, aluminum, 4140 Annealed Hex/round, stainless steel (303, 304, 17-4, 15-5, 1018, etc.,) and more.
Our priority is quality and on-time delivery, our inspection room is equipped with grade "A" Surface Plate; Comparator and all the tools we use, have current Calibration certificates. Currently working to finalized AS9100 compliance.
