Large Job Quote Needed Need Help

This may be under the wrong heading as I am unsure of what type of machine this would take.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am looking for a shop that can machine a large forged part approximately 8'-5" OD x 6'-0" ID x 18" Tall. Work to be performed is to drill and spotface 28 holes on the outside of the part (drilled in towards the center). There is only one of these parts at this time. If you can do this, or know somebody that can - please let me know and I can send a .pdf drawing. Thank You NJ.

I have not run the numbers on the weight - but probably about 1/3rd that much as the dims I have listed are the max. dims for all areas.

I have attached a .pdf that should help clear this up.
Work to be done:
See Section EA EA (1st sheet) - work is to add detail FA (27 places) and FC (1 Place)
See Detail EE (2nd sheet) - work is to add detail EB (4 places)

Material is Carbon Steel
