I hope this is appropriate, I couldn't find the correct section to post in. I am looking for a small run of these parts, likely suited to a CNC punch press like an Amada, but feel free to quote with other methods if they better suit your capabilities. Material will be 304 stainless steel.
Outside dimensions and radii are meant to fit inside a recess, so they must stay within tolerance (+/- 0.030). The opening can be slightly modified to fit your tooling (e.g., smaller or larger radius). The recessed area will be used to centre a flexible workpiece before clamping.
The run will be a minimum of 16 pieces, possibly up to 24 required. Please include price of shipping with the quote, or provide your location so that we may arrange something through our UPS account. We are located in Orillia, Ontario, Canada, L3V 6H1.
