RFQ for production turned Aluminum gears. Allocation for 300/yr

We have a gear that we currently manufacture and would like to outsource. We currently use approx 300/yr in our assembles.

Part is a bit over 2.0" diam, x .900 long, approx .375" thru bore diam, and a Metric Module helical gear cut. 6061-T6 material. Nothing too difficult about it but there is 1 milled feature in the face of the part that could either be milled in a 3 axis mill, or mill/turn lathe (preferable).

We do not want these manufactured with manual machines and are subject to increase in qty needed. We would prefer to sign an annual blanket contract and continue an on going relationship.

We will not submit any detailed drawings without an NDA so if you are willing to submit your ballpark estimate and lead time, that would be great. We understand that you may not be able to honor your quote until all details are reviewed.

The part again has a milled .125" slot on the opposite side but can be made in a lathe in one operation. We show a backside ID corner radius but are negotiable with that feature as we realize these need to get done without flipping the part in a lathe.

We are happy to send you a quote and help you in your production of the gears. Please email me at forcemachineusa@gmail.com for our estimated quote, and are willing to improve it based on the dimensions and tolerances of the units.

We are a small CNC machine shop based in the Los Angeles area. We have a CNC production lathe as well as a 4-axis mill that can serve in the production of your gears. Feel free to visit our page at force machine.co for more info on our services and capabilities. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Cheers!

We'd like to execute an NDA and offer a quote (rather than quote twice, the first without all the info).
Please email gary@icdproducts.com so we can send a signed copy of our NDA, or you provide one to examine.

Thanks in advance- Looking forward

Dear Future Customer

We have put together a ballpark figure. Please email me at akamachining@hotmail.com and I would love to provide you with the numbers we have.

Thank you
