RFQ Telescopic Nose Assembly

Looking for a manufacture of the telescopic nose below. Special notes are:

• There are alot of part 'ballons', but 1/2 of them are not needed. item numbers #9 thru #18 are purchased and do not need to be supplied
• Black Oxide helpful, but not required on items #1, 2 and 6
• Would prefer the parts to be hand fitted before shipping to check against errors
• Need quotes and vendor will be chosen by May 30
• Need parts by June 11 (I know, customer has us in a pinch too)

Here is a picture of a similar nose, but this one is smaller in size and inside tube is aluminum

Need quotes and vendor will be chosen by April 30

being that today is May-25(( 25 days after your "close date" )) VERSUS April 30th, is this RFQ closed?

I can quote for you on all except the 300 mm long piece, will you accept a quote based on that?

* I ask 'cus I did see your note about checking for fit prior to shipment!
Please advise AND how many do you need quoted? shall this be acceptable to you!

I updated the date, thanks for the catch.

Also, the parts due date can be stretched out a little - I know it will take some time.

That is ok as long as the tube id that this part fits into is good.

This order will be for one assembly. I may or may not have to revise the prints slightly depeding one how well it seals. After that, there will be future orders of one or two per month.

Thanks for the quick reply, I will work it up as soon as I get to the shop on Tuesday, may take me a couple days, mainly due to getting material pricing!
