Request For Quote- Screw Prototype

I'm looking to get about 5-10 screw prototypes made. It's basically a stainless steel #10 x 2.5" square drive flat head screw with a cut down the middle of the screw. There would be a small 3-48 threaded hole starting by the screw head and running approximately 0.33" in the center of the screw. I only need a small quantity to start with just to test if the design is viable. I could supply the #10 screws if needed. If you can produce this part can you please give me a quote. I appreciate the feedback.

Attached is an image of what I am looking for. I have a CAD file if needed.

Thanks Mike. I have looked into that and was thinking that might be the case. I will look into further.
