I have a fairly simple sheet metal (Alum) part with a cutout and some holes and two bends.
It is intended as a 120mm fan mounting bracket.
Material: I spec'd 0.050-0.063" Alum 6061 in the dwg, but I'm open to suggestions. Material is supplied by vendor.
Quantity: Need 10 pcs for prototype. Please quote 10, 25, 50, 100, and 250 pcs.
Finish: Brushed Alum. on outside, debur or break all sharp edges.
Timeframe: I will place the order in a 4-6 days. I need parts in two weeks after that.
Let me know if you see anything that could be changed to make production or cost better. I am open to suggestions.
