Thermo forming tooling design

Requesting a quote from an experienced thermoforming tool designer.
We have a large qty of medium to large thermoforming tools to be designed. The tools will be CNC machined Ren board. The thermofromed parts are heavy gauge Kydex. 50+ tools need to be designed the CAD surfaces for the parts were created in SoildWorks and CATIA.
Experience on similar work is required
