Request For Quote- aluminum plate job...

I need to a quote on some aluminum parts.

I have attached some files that I hope you can open. These drawings are not 100% complete - but should provide enough info for a quote, because they are close.

I am working on a thickness of 3/8"

2 x Aluminum plate 1: 508 mm x 203.2 mm / 3/8" thick

three main holes:

1.
146 mm x 146 mm machined all the way through
has an inset lip which is 176.5 mm x 176.5 mm
lip is machined 5.2 mm deep
has 6 x 4mm holes machined all the way through

2.
118 mm x 118 mm machined all the way through
has an inset lip which is 140.5 mm x 140.5 mm
lip is machined 5.2 mm deep
has 4 x 4mm holes machined all the way through

3.
110 mm x 110 mm machined all the way through
lip is machined 7.5 mm
The entire part has an outside edge beveled at 38 degrees.

2 x Aluminum plate 2: 487 mm mm x 182.2 mm / 3/8" thick

hole 1: 146 mm x 146 mm
hole 2: 118mm x 118mm
hole 3: 92.715 mm x 92.715 mm

All machined through and I need a 45 degree bevel on hole #1

It does not have to be exactly 3/8" thick. The parts can be a bit thicker if you have material stock and it will cost less that way. I would prefer that it is not less than 3/8".

Hi all you need is 2 now right ? how soon are they needed ?
