The Minneapolis/St. Paul or Hudson, WI area would be ideal.
Please include material cost.

I see this looks to be yet another dead end thread. Why would you ask for a quote, and then disappear for a month? Would be nice if the moderators were able to somehow weed out these guys that like to waste our time.
