Two Milled Chunks of Aluminum

Overview:
I'm building a home-made CNC router and have two parts that I would like to have milled but have no personal access to a machine shop. Pretty simple but I have no idea what the cost will be.
Looking for a within 20% quote (ballpark) for the peices described in the
PDF. I can provide 2D DXF files or a TurboCad 2D drawing.

Note: The drawing is missing an overall dimension.. The overall dimensions are 12" x 4" x 1"

From the sticky rules
1) Material type
-- Aluminum (not concerned type as it'a a bit overdesigned)

2) Is a material quote required or is material supplied.

3) Quantity
-- 2
4) Drawings should be immediately available or necessary specs.
-- 2D DXF available
5) Required time frame
-- Week or two..
6) RFQ ending time
-- Sunday 1/13/08
7) Full contact information should be supplied upon first contact by email from both parties, neither should have to reply to @.com

Hi and thanks for all the questions,

Q: Is there any finish requirements on the face/side.

A: The external 1" dimensions is much looser than other dimensions. I'll state that the 1" external faces may be 0.05" off but the 12x4 should be within 0.01", Taken from a single corner, the relative location of all the mounting holes can then be a semi accurate 0.005". The external faces must be square but do not need to be machined if stock is sutable.

Q: And the side holes do you want them drilled if so whats the locations?

Q: And on one countersink you have a .4 radius dimension below it states that all countersink are .4 dia. ?

A: This is correct, I'll update the annotation

Q: What kind of shipping is required

A: Standard Priority mail or Standard UPS is all that is needed

What are the hole diameters and the counterbore depth?
The holes in the sides. Are they just drilled through?
