Request For Quote- .080" thk aluminum part needed

[Question Boy]

1) Material type: Aluminum, 6061-T6, .080" Thk.
2) Material not supplied.
3) Quantity: Please quote for Qty 100 and Qty 200.
4) Required time frame: Approx 3 weeks.
5) RFQ ending time: 10/22/09.



I don't know how to design for and tolerance waterjet or LASER cut parts, so I'm open to suggestions how to ease manufacturability and reduce cost. Please advise.

This is not a final drawing. Slight changes may be made, possibly another cutout, or 2.5mm hole.

If cutting the small holes is a problem, please quote for the profiles. I can setup a fixture and stack drill these in my shop.
