How many people need to post "PM sent" or "E-mail sent"? I can see doing "PM Sent" once if someone is new and possibly doesn't know what a PM is. Not bidding this job as I don't have the material, but for those interested in winning a bid your constant "PM sent" and "E-mail" sent is bumping and drawing attention to this job, so you are in fact cutting your own throat.
