I provide the material which is 4140 PHT and is sized 5.650 long by .392 wide by .969 tall all within +/-.003" tolerance. What I need done is a .130 through hole with a .217" counterbore .877" deep. Then a .217" hole and finally a .250 wide slot .240 Deep with "MM USA" engraved in there. The engraving I need .005" -.009" depth ( I stand to be corrected if a lighter engraving can withstand 60 grit sand blasting). I need all your work to be within +/-.0025"
This a simple job milling on one face. Only reason I am looking for this to be done is cause I can't engrave ( have no CNC capability), but for $140 I can get a profesional stamp made and I'd do the holes myself. So lets see if this can be kept to below $5 a pc. I need 30 pcs
