Request quote for pieces turned from 80mm diameter nylon bar. You must offer singles and small quantities 2 to 20. The piece is 48mm long and has 9 internal and external diameters, each to tolerance +/- 0.5mm.
More information: The piece is part of an upgrade kit for a water pump in a range of classic cars. A prototype was made in an oil-filled polyamide Astrup PA6 GOL material in Norway. I will send the drawing on request.
