We really want to keep these in the states and lead time is very important on the first batch. These will be repeat orders with annual usage of 200-500/yr. 1st batch will probably be 100 units.
We have to stay in budget on these so we may have no choice but to mfg the blanks and send out for hobbing to knock the teeth in them. Please write your quotes and lead times in a PM.
We will provide the blanks for quotes on just the hobbing. Vendor should supply material if quoting the complete part. There is no special finishing of this part other than we do NOT want it tumble finished. As machined is preferred because this is also an aesthetic part.
