Hello people,

I just finished my study and would like to have a quoto on some parts that will make my prototype benchtop vmc for rc parts.

a lot off photo`s and step files.

I did a lot off research on how the parts can be milled, but some advice would be needed, maybe.
the base part is a L-frame with 2 insert decks, both are placed on a jig.
Epoxy granite is the main stuctural element, i will make a wooden mould for it. The concept gets easy to understand in the jpeg`s.

I would like to have the planes and aligment strips to be parallel, you cann see this all in the jpegs. Thinks it`s clear how important it is for the precision off the mill.

So i would love to see it made on a quality modern mill, manual, nc or cnc.
Think you will know what will be the right way, budget is important to.
(would love some information about the proces)
The outer dimensions and hole locations are not that important, normal mill tolerance will do. (also for slot wide and height)
The red arrows parallelity are most important, thinks the strategy is the key.

All holes are plain drill holes, no thread.

Timeframe is not that important.
1 piece for all, so 8 parts total.

material suplied by you.
material parts= alu 7075-t6
material jig = mic-6

Quote without sending please, (will come later)

regards,

Roy B.

boss. I just finished a job similar to this. It was a manual to CNC retrofit. It involved 12 parts for the conversion. I just saw this RFQ so I havent had time to get a quote yet but the gentleman that I did these parts for said I could use him for a reference. If you want I can get the ok from him for you to contact him. Thanks. Mike. My email is
