With our highly skilled staff, CNC controlled machining centers, R.C.A. provides precision CNC machining utilizing numerous materials, including stainless steel, titanium, aluminum. We specialize in precision milling, turning, sheet metal fabrication and Water Jet fabrication.

We also offer a variety of other machining services, which cover the entire production process. With top-of-the-line machinery we can handle conventional milling, drilling, turning, and sawing, as well as welding and grinding, deburring, and part marking that other shops can’t. Through approved, certified vendors, we can also provide heat treating, plating, and painting. Once your part is complete, R.C.A. follows through with complete first article inspection, assembly, and even customized packaging. Our Quality process conforms to MIL-I-45208A.
Small- to medium-sized parts are R.C.A.’s specialty. We produce parts in many different quantities. We often have customers who utilize us for producing one-piece prototypes, assembly fixtures, and short-run production. Whether your part contains one component or many, and even if it needs special processing or assembly, R.C.A. Machine & Manufacturing, Inc. can take your project from concept to production at a competitive price.
