Small Job Quote Needed Cork Slicing Jig - Qty 2 OR Modify Existing Jig

Need to make a jig to cut slices out of 1 1/2" diameter cork rings. Rings are 1/2" thick. Please quote with material - aluminum 6061. Attached are photos for jig used to cut 1 1/4" rings. I have some drawings but I'm not a great draftsman.

Alternatively, I can supply this jig and you can "bore out" the two pieces 1/4" inch to accommodate the larger cork rings.

Need in 2 to 4 weeks.
