Quick Quote Needed cut, drill, tap aluminum or steel

Need to upload files for a small panels i need cut drilled and tapped, but i can't get the attachment to work, just gett red x's when i click upload, tried dxf and pdf, in ie, and chrome. i guess shoot me a pm, and i can send pdfs and dxfs. or if anyone knows a: how to fix this, or b: is there an alternate site to upload, the link.

overall dims are 9 3/4" x 7 3/4" and if aluminum, 12GA, if steel, powder coated 14GA.

why can't i upload attachments? the files start uploading, then stop and i get a red ! next to the file, with no further explanation. i have only one quote on this part, and i want to get some others prior to purchasing, and i think it's because i can't upload anything.
