I need a 50mm tube with M50-1.5 thread on either side. Total tube length should be 595mm. The threaded area on either side should be 25mm in length.

I have 4130 steel tubing that can be provided. My material is 2in diameter tube with .12in walls. Material length is cut to 24in.

This should be pretty easy manual work for someone that can cut metric threads and has a large enough through-hole.

I'm in the Atlanta area if you happen to be near by.

hi my name is chris
do you need the whole length turned to 50mm

That would be correct. The entire length needs to be turned down to 50mm or to the thread OD if that is easier. The draw bar needs to fit into my lathe spindle which measures 1.97inches.

I'm afraid I do not have a nut. The threads will be mating to my 3 jaw Chuck on one end and the hydraulic actuator at the other.
